• The applicants must ensure that they have enough funds to apply. The application fee would be between £610 to £1,408 and a £624 health surcharge. Additionally, they must be able to support themselves in the UK
• The Skilled Worker Visa is valid for up to five years, after which it can be extended
• The applicant must have a skilled job offer by an approved sponsor and must be able to speak English
• A minimum of 70 points is required to be eligible to apply for the UK visa, which can be quickly gained if the above conditions are met.
